WBD's private client team advises on the sale of Bristol land to major UK housebuilders

Law firm Womble Bond Dickinson has advised one of its longstanding landowner clients on the sale of a site near Cribbs Causeway, Bristol, which will be developed to build over 700 homes.
Womble Bond Dickinson has grown its private wealth team with a number of new appointments across the firm's UK offices. Five new lawyers and wealth professionals have joined the team in the past couple of months.
