Ellie qualified into the Agriculture, Farms and Estates team in September 2023. She advises and assists with rural real estate transactions and disputes, supporting a range of clients from individuals, trusts, companies and charities,. 

Ellie has been involved in negotiating and agreeing various sales, purchases, residential and commercial leases, licences and other deeds. She is well versed with assisting Agricultural Holding Act 1986 queries and often deals with surrenders and re-grants of agricultural tenancies.
