Madeline qualified into the Agriculture, Farms and Estates team in March 2024, and works on a wide variety of commercial and private real estate transactions. She supports a range of clients such as companies, charities, individuals and trusts. 

Madeline has been involved in the negotiation of sales, purchases, leases, licences, overages, option agreements and other deeds. She is well versed in negotiating 1954 Act landlord and tenant leases and works on a range of rural and non-rural property including solar farms, bare land and commercial buildings.
